TSB launches £200 bank switching deal amid spree of new offers

TSB is the latest bank to launch a current account switch deal in the New Year to lure in new customers, offering £200 for newbies opening a current account.
Customers will get the money if they switch their current account to a Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus current account. They’ll get the cash in two lots – an initial £150, followed by a further £50.
To qualify, customers must open an account before Friday 20 March (this year) and switch via the Current Account Switch Service.
However, it’s a slightly less competitive deal than Lloyds’ £250 switch deal launched last week for customers who switch to a Club Lloyds Account, a Club Lloyds Platinum Account or a Club Lloyds Silver Account before 3 February this year.
